Movie geek obsessive compulsion from the dusty corners of Hollywood
Oh yeah?
Yeah! Membership of the collection is very random and encompasses the greats and the not so greats... Actors whose careers didn't always take off are often included in this wierd club but usually its just grandstanding an oblique knowledge of cinema's byways and back alleys...
So anyway its taken a while but I've finally realised that collection core members
Udo Kier and 'Cuddles' Sakall have shared roughly the same part in wildly different versions of Casablanca, playing the head barman.
One is played for laughs with much jowl slapping and exclamations of 'oosh' and one is played bald without a hint of irony, can you guess which one? Huh? Can you?!!
Like a lot of other people I hit my late thirties and started to implode. My partner said ‘do something else’ so I did and hit upon timber framing. Not picture frames, not stick frames but heavy timeber building; preferably out of oak. I also make joinery. Enjoy
